I'm sure many of you have heard about the University of Michigan's Dance Marathon. In case you haven't, it's a student-run organization that raises funds and awareness for children in need of pediatric rehabilitation. The students show their dedication to the cause by standing on their feet for 30 hours. Last year they raised over $300,000. Basically they got this whole idea from Penn State, who is pretty much the mother of all Dance Marathons. This year Penn State raised over $7 million! At their marathon this year Tucker Haas, a 9 year old cancer survivor, performed Boom Boom Pow for the 15,000 + crowd. It's pretty awesome so check it out.
