Shipping

How long will it take my order to be shipped?

Please allow us 3 business days to process your order. Once processing is complete, you can expect your IMU package to arrive at your door in 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

But of course! There are no geographic limits to the happiness we want to spread. Please allow up to 9-15 business days for your IMU package to arrive at your door.

Returns

Our goal is for you to be entirely happy with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 20 days of the purchase.

Purchased items must be in the original condition with no sustained damage, to be accepted as returns. In addition, we do not accept washed items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

By completing a Return Form in its entirety and including your receipt, we will gladly process your return or exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges associated with sending the item back to IMU.

IMU credit will be issued if the item(s) you request is not available when your return is processed. You can most certainly email us for a refund or a different item if IMU credit is not desired. For international orders, please include $15 with your return for the return shipping cost.
